The Streetwise Software DB Product is a serious client and business management database for companies that need more than a lightweight contact manager.
It combines detailed client records, secure credential storage, financial tracking, financing agreements, document management, customizable themes, and encrypted local database files in one professional desktop-style system. The current database is built for laptop and desktop work on Windows and macOS, with an installed Electron desktop edition and multi-user networking now on the development roadmap.
Client records and credentials live in the same working environment, so the information you use every day stays organized instead of scattered across notes, spreadsheets, browsers, and folders.
Automatically calculate discounts, taxes, deposits, financing balances, payment schedules, interest and remaining amounts without doing the math manually.
Adapt the database to the company instead of forcing the company to adapt to generic software. The planned White Label Edition unlock is $250 per licensed organization, giving the customer control over supported company identity and branding without granting software resale rights.
Streetwise is not turning this product into a mandatory subscription. Purchases are handled directly through the company, and the licensed product is delivered by Streetwise Software Online rather than through an unrestricted public download.
Start with the standalone edition, move into a workgroup later, and keep your prior purchase working for you through the Streetwise upgrade program. Sales can also help plan white-label branding, networking requirements, and future deployment needs.
No mandatory monthly database subscription. Choose the seat level that fits the company, then move upward through the Streetwise upgrade program instead of repurchasing from zero.
Buy the standalone edition once. If the company grows later, Streetwise credits the existing edition into the next step and applies an additional upgrade incentive.
Unlock supported company branding for the licensed organization. In the planned Electron release, Streetwise will issue the license/serial authorization that unlocks these features. White labeling changes the presentation of the software; it does not transfer ownership of Streetwise source code or grant resale/distribution rights.
Streetwise credits the edition you already own. For standard one-level upgrades, the normal price difference is reduced by an additional $125 upgrade credit.
Need to jump more than one tier? Contact Sales. Streetwise will credit the licensed edition already purchased and quote the appropriate multi-tier upgrade so the customer is not forced to repurchase from square one.
The network edition is being designed so multiple authorized users can work in the same company database at the same time. Different people can work on different records simultaneously, while Streetwise coordinates edits to help prevent conflicting saves.
For smaller offices, one designated Windows or Mac computer is planned to act as the Streetwise database host so authorized workstations can connect to one shared company database. This is a database application/server role — not public website hosting. Larger deployments can move to a dedicated Streetwise Server without changing the basic user workflow.
The planned Electron clients communicate with the shared Streetwise data service, so the workstation operating system does not have to match. A Windows user and a Mac user can work against the same authorized company database.
The network design does not rely on 20 people directly opening and overwriting the same database file. Streetwise coordinates changes through the shared data layer and applies record-level safeguards.
The standalone database already uses an encrypted local vault model. The Electron and network editions are being designed to extend that foundation with controlled desktop access, roles, permissions, safer save behavior and centralized administration.
The desktop application is planned to install on the Windows or Mac computer while the encrypted working database lives on the authorized USB. The application can then save back to that selected USB location rather than depending on browser downloads.
Electron packaging and automatic USB-save behavior are development features until the desktop release is completed and tested.
Streetwise is developing the product in stages so the standalone customer is not forced into enterprise complexity, while larger organizations have a clear path to shared work and eventually remote operation.
Detailed clients, credentials, financials, agreements, documents, customization and encrypted local data for desktop/laptop operation.
Installed Windows/macOS application, native file handling, USB database workflow, licensing/serial support and white-label feature unlock.
A designated Windows or Mac computer can serve the shared company database to authorized workstations in a smaller office, giving growing customers a simpler path into networking.
5, 10 and 20 seat editions with one shared company database, mixed Mac/Windows clients, roles, coordinated edits, centralized writes and real-time updates.
Scale the same client/server design toward as many as 100 simultaneous users using dedicated Streetwise Server deployments after load testing, performance tuning and deployment validation.
Future secure Internet-based access for remote and hybrid teams, followed by purpose-built browser/mobile companion access. Desktop and laptop remain the primary focus first.
This product is sold directly through Streetwise Software Online. There is no unrestricted public download button on this sales page. Sales will help determine the appropriate edition, current feature availability, upgrade path, white-label needs and planned network requirements.
