Before choosing a submission tier or going to Stripe, every artist must review and agree to the station rules below.
Required Before Payment
Artist Submission Rules — Original Songs Only
These rules must be accepted before you can select a submission tier. This station is for complete original songs, not copied commercial music, remixes, beat packs, or unfinished instrumentals.
No commercial artist copies
Do not submit music that uses another artist’s beat, vocals, melody, hook, lyrics, name, likeness, voice, sample, or copyrighted material without proper written permission.
AI music rules
AI-assisted music is welcome when it is original and controlled by the submitting artist. We do not accept AI songs that clone, imitate, or impersonate commercial artists, celebrities, protected voices, or copyrighted recordings.
No beats or instrumentals
We do not accept standalone beats, beat packs, loops, music beds, unfinished demos, or instrumentals. This is a radio station that plays finished songs with vocals, lyrics, hooks, and complete artist presentation.
Cover art required
Each MP3 submission must include cover art. Songs with missing artwork may be rejected. If an approved track has missing or broken artwork during playback, the station’s generic cover may be shown while the song plays.

Broadcast audio file rule
Submit a web/mobile-ready MP3 for radio playback. 128 kbps is recommended for broadcast, and broadcast files must stay under 320 kbps so the station saves server space and mobile listeners do not struggle with oversized files.
High-quality master files are only needed if you are offering an approved free or paid download. They are not the files we broadcast.
Rights and ownership
You are fully responsible for the rights, ownership, clearance, and legality of everything you submit, including music, lyrics, vocals, artwork, samples, loops, AI-generated material, and promotional content.
Paid promotional platform
We are a paid promotional radio platform, not a record label, distributor, publisher, PRO, or royalty-paying service. We do not pay royalties for submitted songs. Artists keep their approved song sales unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
No refunds after setup/system entry
Submission, promo, and setup fees become non-refundable once review, setup, processing, listing, or system entry has started. If the music has been entered into the station system, the setup fee is not refunded.
No contracts
There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel a monthly package, future monthly payments stop. Cancellation does not create a refund for setup work, promo work, review time, or music already entered into the system.
Package buttons are locked until the agreement box is checked.

Submission Terms Summary
By submitting, you confirm that you own or control the submitted recording, artwork, lyrics, vocals, samples, AI-generated material, and required permissions. Junction Underground Radio may approve, reject, remove, disable, or reclassify tracks at its discretion. Setup, review, processing, listing, and promo fees are non-refundable once the work or system entry begins.
